Jeff Pickryl is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Vast Bank, bringing over 30 years of experience in leading financial institutions across Oklahoma and beyond. With a distinguished career that spans three decades, Jeff has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in the banking industry. His deep knowledge of financial services and commitment to driving growth has positioned him as a respected leader in the region and beyond.

Tom Biolchini is Vice Chairman at Vast Bank. Tom was an executive at Vast for 14 years, where he has played a key role in driving the company's strategic initiatives. Before joining Vast Bank, he practiced law at Crow Dunlevy and Stuart, Biolchini & Turner and gained valuable financial acumen while working as a financial analyst at Jones Lang & Lasalle. He holds an MBA, JD, and B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, bringing a diverse and comprehensive educational background to his leadership role.

Mark Wilmoth is the Board Member of Vast Bank. Mark brings over 43 years of financial management experience to his role, including 12 years with a public company and 30 years as a Chief Financial Officer. He began his career in auditing and assurance with Arthur Andersen, serving clients across diverse industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, and banking. Mark holds a BSBA with honors from Harding University and was formerly a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), reflecting his deep expertise and commitment to financial excellence.

Julian Sevillano is a Board Member at Vast Bank.  He has over 30 years of experience in banking, payments and digital assets as an operating executive, management consultant and board member. Julian is a former Partner and co-lead of McKinsey & Company’s digital assets advisory, and former Managing Director at Promontory Financial Group. He held several leadership positions during a 16 year career at Visa including serving as Global Head of Enterprise Risk. Julian began his career at American Express Bank in international corporate and private banking. He currently serves of the board of PayPal Digital Inc.  Julian earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.

Peggy Delinois Hamilton is a Board Member at Vast Bank. She brings over 30 years of experience leading legal, governance, and enterprise-risk functions across federal agencies and commercial financial institutions. Her career has focused on strengthening institutional integrity, guiding organizations through complex regulatory environments, and building systems that enable both compliance and innovation.  Most recently, Peggy served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh where she supervised Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Government Relations, and Human Resources. 

Earlier in her career, she advised de novo banks to profitability, led legal teams through bank acquisitions and taught banking and community development law at Yale Law School. Peggy started her banking law career as an associate with the law firm WilmerHale. Peggy earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Brandeis University cum laude.

Veronica Bickerstaff is the Chief Financial Officer of Vast Bank. Veronica began her career in the audit and consulting practices at PWC and Deloitte, and she has more than 26 years of experience in auditing and accounting, including nineteen years of experience in banking. Veronica joined Vast Bank in 2018. Veronica earned her BS from Oklahoma State University with honors, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
