Peggy Delinois Hamilton is a Board Member at Vast Bank. She brings over 30 years of experience leading legal, governance, and enterprise-risk functions across federal agencies and commercial financial institutions. Her career has focused on strengthening institutional integrity, guiding organizations through complex regulatory environments, and building systems that enable both compliance and innovation. Most recently, Peggy served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh where she supervised Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Government Relations, and Human Resources.
Earlier in her career, she advised de novo banks to profitability, led legal teams through bank acquisitions and taught banking and community development law at Yale Law School. Peggy started her banking law career as an associate with the law firm WilmerHale. Peggy earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Brandeis University cum laude.
